Job Skill Department Industrial Visit

On 4 November 2021, under ITQAN new initiative to bridge the gap between academic and professional knowledge and skills, 25 of ITQAN NDT trainees have visited Al- Zamil Structural Steel Co. Ltd in the Second Industrial Area. The objective of this visits was to enhance trainees’ understanding of the real job environment , practices, and inspection methods. Site visits create an interactive learning environment for the trainees and provide exposure to a practical experience of the inspection industry, most particularly on non-destructive activities. It also, aimed at providing technical exposure on the different techniques such as magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, and liquid penetrant testing that are used in NDT to ITQAN two year diploma trainees to further develop their skills in inspection. More site visits will be scheduled in the near future covering all disciplines.
