On December 4, 2025, the Inspection Technology and Quality Assurance National Institute (ITQAN) Managing Director and College Dean visited The Welding Institute (TWI) in Cambridge-UK to strengthen international partnerships and benchmark global standards in welding, inspection, and materials technology.
The visit was highlighted with a special meeting with TWI CEO, Dr. Caroline Gumble, during which both sides reaffirmed their commitment to deeper and long-term collaboration. Discussions centered on advancing joint training programs, enhancing workforce development, and exploring strategic opportunities in research and development.
The visit further elevated ITQAN’s global engagement and reinforced its support for the Kingdom’s vision of a highly skilled, technology-driven workforce.
