On July 23, the Inspection Technology and Quality Assurance National Institute (ITQAN) welcomed the senior officials from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) at its campus in Ju’aymah. The visit aimed to explore avenues for strategic collaboration in technical training and workforce development, with a shared focus on elevating engineering and Inspection standards.
The meeting was productive and resulted in high-level discussions of different areas such as enhancing engineering-inspection education pathways, aligning national and international certification frameworks, delivering specialized /short courses programs for professionals, and the valuable industrial field visits dedicated for ITQAN trainees.
This collaboration positions ITQAN and SCE with a common goal in advancing the local workforce capabilities and establish a long-term strategic alliance that supports Saudi Vision 2030 by equipping Saudi engineers and other professionals with globally recognized competencies.
