This program aims to prepare the trainees to inspect the performance and components of electrical systems including equipment selection and set-up, inspection techniques, route selection and data management, and report generation. It prepares them to effectively inspect the performance of the following components of electrical systems within residential buildings: service drops, grounding systems, service panels, wiring systems, devices, and fixtures. The trainees also learn to apply knowledge of electrical concepts to inspections that focus on safety.
This program adheres as closely as possible to the Saudi Skills Standards, while offering coherent Diploma qualifications which have value in the labor market. Additionally, the trainees will become familiar with the Industry Standards, Methods and Quality Problems, Electrical Procedures ad Standards, the safe use of various electrical tools and test equipment, to provide technical solutions and to develop knowledge of Inspection Investigation Methods and Skills.
The purpose of this program is to assure that the young Saudi’s meets national social and economic needs, in particular by ensuring that trainees entering the labor market have the skills, knowledge and competencies that employers demand. This will accelerate the progression of young Saudis into well-paid jobs and promising careers which is considered vital to the country’s future prosperity.
