Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions الأحكام العامة
All trainees enrolling in ITQAN training programs must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document and the student’s handbook. By signing this agreement, trainees confirm their acceptance of these terms.
ITQAN will provide trainees with relevant guidance and course information before enrollment, including a pre-course assessment to ensure informed decision-making.
يجب على جميع المتدربين المسجلين في برامج التدريب التابعة لـ ITQAN الامتثال للشروط والأحكام الموضحة في هذا المستند ودليل المتدربين. من خلال التوقيع على هذه الاتفاقية، يؤكد المتدربون قبولهم لهذه الشروط.

2. Conduct and Discipline السلوك والانضباط

Trainees must maintain professional behavior throughout the course.
- Possession or influence of drugs, including alcohol, during training activities—on or off-site—may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.
- Any form of threatening, profane, harassing, or abusive language or behavior may lead to disciplinary action, including removal from the course without refund.
- يجب على المتدربين الالتزام بالسلوك المهني طوال فترة الدورة التدريبية.
- يؤدي تعاطي المخدرات أو الكحول أو التواجد تحت تأثيرها أثناء الأنشطة التدريبية داخل أو خارج الموقع إلى الفصل الفوري دون استرداد الرسوم.
- أي شكل من أشكال التهديد أو اللغة البذيئة أو التحرش أو السلوك المسيء قد يؤدي إلى اتخاذ إجراءات تأديبية، بما في ذلك الإبعاد من الدورة دون استرداد الرسوم
3. Refund Policy سياسة الاسترداد
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- 100% refund (minus SAR 50 admin fee) if cancellation is made more than 10 days before the course starts.
- 90% refund or course transfer between 3–10 days before course.
- 50% refund or course transfer less than 3 days before starting.
- No refund once the course begins, except in documented emergencies.
- Late withdrawals affecting course viability may incur a 30% charge.
- Refunds are processed within 14 working days and subject to administrative conditions.
تُمنح الاستردادات وفقًا لسياسة ITQAN الرسمية:

استرداد 100% (باستثناء 50 ريال سعودي كرسوم إدارية) عند الإلغاء قبل أكثر من 10 أيام.
- استرداد 90% أو تحويل إلى دورة مستقبلية بين 3 إلى 10 أيام قبل بدء الدورة.
- استرداد 50% أو تحويل قبل أقل من 3 أيام من بدء الدورة.
- لا يُمنح استرداد بعد بدء الدورة، إلا في حالات الطوارئ الموثقة.
- الانسحاب المتأخر الذي يؤثر على تنفيذ الدورة قد يخضع لرسوم تصل إلى %30.
- تُعالج الاستردادات خلال 14 يوم عمل وتخضع لشروط إدارية.
4. Deferments تأجيل الدورات
- Course deferment is only permitted up to three weeks before the scheduled exam date.
- Deferments are not allowed after this period.

- لا يُسمح بالتأجيل بعد هذه الفترة.
5. Academic Integrity النزاهة الأكاديمية

ITQAN-provided course materials, exercises, exams, and resources must not be copied, shared, or distributed.
- Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism or unauthorized collaboration during assessments, is strictly prohibited.

- يُحظر الغش الأكاديمي، بما في ذلك الانتحال أو التعاون غير المصرح به أثناء التقييمات
