ITQAN Inspection Fair 2022

As part of ITQAN trainees’ training and preparation to become competent inspectors, on Wed, Oct 19th, 2022, ITQAN Inspection Fair 2022 has been introduced in ITQAN facilities. The inspection fair displayed trainees’ creativity and their applied skills as Inspectors. The Fair was a series of live inspection demonstrations, and trainee projects were presented to their colleagues, VIP guests, management, and sponsoring companies. More than 20 projects were showcased covering all five (5) major Inspection trades (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, NDT & Welding). Some of the projects were Reinforced Concrete Suspension Bridge Inspection, Green Building Inspection Project, Structural Steel Pedestrian Bridge Inspection, Solar (PV) Cell System, Motion Sensor System, Solar Water Pupm with Automatic Temperature Switch, ITQAN Logo Assembly Through Welding and Inspection, Automatic Technique for SMAW Welding and Inspection, Eddy Current Testing, Visual and Magnetic Testing. More than 300 diploma trainees participated in the event, and around 50 visitors from key stakeholders have visited the Fair including Saudi Aramco, Nesma & Partners, Hyundai Engineering, Rawabi Holding, along with other external organizations such as Safwa High School, Al Asala University, TUV Austria and Tecnimont Arabia. This new initiative programs provided an opportunity to market ITQAN to a wider community and promote technical training in the field of Inspection.
